Wellness Vision Coaching can help.

Finding balance and wellness as a modern Western human can feel like navigating a maze with no guide or map. Let me help you gain the clarity and implement the lifestyle changes that will make the most powerful impact for you. Our journey begins with a 90-minute deep dive to articulate your wellness vision.

From there, we will work together on a weekly or biweekly basis to forge your path forward—brainstorming and crafting experiments, setting goals, and collaborating through obstacles to get you there. Along the way, we will uncover and amplify your unique strengths, to build on what’s already working.

What’s unique about my work?

I offer a distinctive perspective as both a transformational wellness coach and a hands-on bodyworker and restorative fitness/mindfulness instructor.

I’ve traversed my own life challenges—including struggles with weight and sedentarism, and food addiction and IBS; learning to regulate my own ADHD and sensitive nervous system; managing chronic pain; and leading an unconventional lifestyle as an LGBTQ child-free woman with a non-traditional career path.

Trained in the Wellcoaches® model, my strengths-based coaching approach highlights trust, curiosity, a positive growth mindset, and mutual accountability.

I offer complimentary discovery sessions to see if we’re a good fit.
