      <image:title>About Joanna - Hi, I’m Joanna. I help modern people tend and befriend their bodies, reclaim movement resilience, and create meaningful change.</image:title>
      <image:caption>I offer customized bodywork, fitness training, and wellness coaching to help clients relieve pain, recover from injury, and move with ease and resilience. My specialization and passion is the Hendrickson Method®, an advanced system of orthopedic, clothed bodywork that reduces pain, restores mobility, and supports whole-body balance. In contrast to spa massage and a focus on isolated symptoms, this approach works with the body as an integrated system—addressing fascial restrictions, joint limitations, and muscle imbalances in the context of how each person moves, compensates, and adapts. Personal training sessions with me emphasize functional, sustainable movement, combining targeted exercise with self-myofascial-release (self massage) techniques using foam rollers and therapy balls. In addition to our hands-on, embodied work, I also support many of my clients remotely through health and wellness coaching, to build lasting habits and create meaningful change. As a Wellcoaches®-certified health &amp; wellness coach, I employ a strengths-based approach centered on trust, curiosity, a positive growth mindset, and mutual accountability. Clients describe my work as “studied and intuitive,” with a “bold and grounded” approach. I welcome people of all body types, abilities, and backgrounds. I relocated to North Carolina from California and enjoy hiking, paddling, yoga, dance, and wellness podcasts.</image:caption>
